Consultations

Consultations are advisory only and do not include drawings, plans, sourcing, purchasing, or project management unless agreed in writing. All recommendations are based on information provided by the client and professional judgment. Final decisions and implementation remain the client’s responsibility. Results are not guaranteed.

Bookings & Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking. Consultations are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late sessions may be forfeited.

Privacy

We collect limited personal information you voluntarily provide (such as name, email, phone number, and payment details). Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We may collect basic technical data to improve site performance. We do not sell your personal information.

Intellectual Property

All website content and consultation materials are the property of Tidylosophy and may not be reproduced or recorded without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Tidylosophy is not responsible for contractor performance, costs, or project outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the consultation.
